RECIPE: No bake energy balls

I wanted to make a quick “cookie” with some yummy ingredients to snack on instead of buying a box of cookies.

What you will need:

1 cup of oats

2/3 cup of coconut flakes

1/2 peanut butter

1 cup chia seeds

1/2 cup chocolate chips

1/3 cup honey

1 tsp vanilla

Let’s get started!

Add your coconut flakes and oats together.

Add peanut butter, chia seeds, honey, vanilla and chocolate chips.

Mix thoroughly and let sit in the fridge for 30 minutes. Then roll into balls and it is ready to eat.

Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.DSC_0047
