I’m back with a delicious cookie recipe that doesn’t require the oven.
Let’s get started,
You will need:
1 cup of unsalted butter
3 tbsp chocolate chips
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/8 tsp salt
3/4 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 cups of quick oats
First you will want to melt your butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
Melt the sugar and salt until completely liquified.
Add your chocolate chips and milk. Let melt completely and throughly mixed.
Once it boils and looks like this, take it off the heat. At this point, set up baking trays with parchment paper and spray/grease them.
Add peanut butter and the vanilla and stir until well combined.
Now for the messiest and most fun part. Add the oats!
Mix until it is well combined and move it over to the baking pan section. It’s time to form the cookies!
I use an ice cream scoop to form the balls and then tap them onto the greased cookie sheet.
All done, now what you do is set them out on the counter for 45 minutes and let them set.
You can also set them in the freezer for 15 minutes.
They are crunchy on the outside and moist on the inside. So delicious!
